Ingredients
- cup slight mayonnaise
- cup sshredded Swiss cheese
- (10 ounce) boxfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- (10 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- tablespoon sfinely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Blend mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and onion in a food processor. Spoon into a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and continue to bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 more minutes.
Tips
I use Finlandia(R) cheese. You can use regular, light, or lacy.
