Hot Spinach, Artichoke, and Swiss Cheese Dip

Hot Spinach, Artichoke, and Swiss Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • cup slight mayonnaise
  • cup sshredded Swiss cheese
  • (10 ounce) boxfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • (10 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • tablespoon sfinely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Blend mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and onion in a food processor. Spoon into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and continue to bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 more minutes.

Tips

I use Finlandia(R) cheese. You can use regular, light, or lacy.
