Easy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sbaking powder
  • tablespoon swhite sugar
  • 1/2 cup sbuttermilk
  • small ripe bananas, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl; stir in buttermilk and bananas just until moistened.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, 1 to 2 minutes; flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
