Orange Fluff II

Ingredients

  • (6 ounce) packageorange flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1/2 cup sboiling water
  • (11 ounce) can smandarin oranges, drained
  • (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • (3.5 ounce) packageinstant vanilla pudding mix
  • (8 ounce) packagecream cheese, softened
  • cup milk

Instructions

  1. Spray one 9x13 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the gelatin and boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add the mandarin oranges, pineapple and orange juice; pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Beat together the pudding, cream cheese and milk. Spread over gelatin and refrigerate until chilled.
