Easy Vodka Sauce

Easy Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • onion, diced
  • cup vodka
  • (28 ounce) can scrushed tomatoes
  • pint heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until slightly brown and soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in vodka and let cook for 10 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
