Ingredients
- small apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup scold almond milk
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste
Instructions
- Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.
Tips
You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
