The Best Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup scold almond milk
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.

Tips

You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
